Website usage information is collected using “cookies” which allows us to collect standard internet visitor usage information.

We are authorised to collect your personal information, for a lawful purpose, by POPI, as well as for the purposes that are listed in this Privacy Notice.

- from the documentation that we request and that you provide;
- Please note, depending on circumstances, we may choose not to collect information from all these sources.

In all circumstances the information is held by us on our secure systems or data base. We will use your personal information for the purposes of providing you with the services and furnishing you with information about our AB programme and AB franchise/licence opportunities.

Your Rights: Your Right to Complain to the Information Regulator
You have the right to submit a complaint to the Information Regulator regarding an alleged infringement of any of your rights protected under POPI and to institute civil proceedings regarding the alleged non-compliance with the protection of your personal information.
